Brown’s full name is Jaylen Marselles Brown and was born on October 24, 1996, in Atlanta, Georgia. Brown attended Wheeler High School and was playing basketball on the team. Being a senior he leads the team to victory in GHSA, a school association tournament.
In 2015, Brown decided to play for the Golden Bears at the University of California, Berkeley along with his fellow top recruit Ivan Rabb. In Golden Bears, Brown’s average performance includes 14.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.
